The Framework
The Seven Lights
The Seven Lights are seven questions for reflection, not rules or final answers. Together, they offer guides for noticing what we create, what we can learn, how we affect one another, and what we choose to leave behind.
01 Creation
What am I creating?
Every life creates something. Creation asks us to notice what our choices are bringing into the world, and whether we are creating from fear or from love.
02 Curiosity
What can I learn?
Curiosity asks us to remain teachable, question certainty, and recognize that no one carries all of the Light alone.
03 Connection
How am I connected to this?
Connection asks us to recognize how our lives affect one another, while caring without control or losing ourselves.
04 Transformation
What is this teaching me?
Transformation asks us to notice what experience is changing within us and choose what we will carry forward.
05 Compassion
How can I help?
Compassion asks us to respond to suffering with care, protect dignity, and help without abandoning healthy boundaries.
06 Wisdom
What serves the greater good?
Wisdom asks us to carry knowledge with humility, examine what deserves our trust, and use what we know in service of life.
07 Return
What Light will remain when I am gone?
Return asks us to live intentionally, preserve what matters, and consider what our choices will leave in the lives of others.
