Terms & Conditions
Simple rules for using Omniluma safely and respectfully.
These terms are written in plain language so they are easier to understand. They are a first public draft and should receive legal review before wider public launch.
1. What Omniluma is
Omniluma is a reflective digital space for personal growth, private journaling, saved practices, workshops, and remembering meaningful connections.
Omniluma is not a religion, church, therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, or emergency service.
2. Using Omniluma
By using Omniluma, you agree to use it respectfully and safely.
You are responsible for what you write, save, and choose to do with the site.
Please do not rely on Omniluma as a substitute for professional help.
3. Private member space
Signed-in features may include My Journey, saved workshops, Connection Threads, Keep in Touch reminders, meaningful dates, and other private reflections.
These areas are intended to be private to the signed-in member.
4. Privacy and storage
Your reflections are yours. Omniluma will never sell your personal data or make your private journal, saved workshops, Connection Threads, or personal reflections public without your choice.
As Omniluma grows, safety remains a hard line: scams, harassment, manipulation, and predatory behavior will not be welcome here.
Omniluma uses cloud storage for signed-in member features so the member space can work across sessions.
Omniluma currently uses Supabase to help store signed-in member information such as private reflections, saved workshops, and Keep in Touch records.
Cloud storage is not end-to-end encrypted. Please avoid storing passwords, financial secrets, medical records, or anything you would not want kept in a private cloud account.
5. Community safety
The following are not allowed on Omniluma:
- harassment
- scams
- manipulation
- predatory behavior
- threats
- illegal activity
- impersonation
- trying to access someone else’s private information
- uploading harmful code or attacking the site
- using Omniluma to exploit or harm another person
Omniluma may remove content or accounts that violate these safety rules.
6. No professional advice
Omniluma may include reflections, practices, ideas, and educational, spiritual, or philosophical writing.
It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
If someone is in immediate danger or crisis, they should contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
7. Content and reflections
Private reflections remain your personal writing.
Please only save content you have the right to use.
Publicly shared content, if community features are added later, may be subject to additional rules.
8. Account access and deletion
You are responsible for keeping your account login safe.
Where available, you can export or delete saved content through member settings/export tools.
Some records may need to be kept temporarily for security, backup, or legal reasons.
9. Changes to Omniluma
Omniluma is still growing.
Features may change, improve, pause, or be removed while Omniluma is still being built.
Omniluma will try to preserve user-created private content carefully, but you should export important reflections if you want your own separate copy.
10. Acceptance
By using Omniluma, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the member features.
Omniluma is being built around trust, safety, kindness, and the belief that your reflections are yours.
